"40" Is the New "30" Location: Las Palmas Restaurant 275 Guests Nothing pleases us more than to work in a space that is in the early phase of renovation. We were able to come into the space and alter some of the permanent fixtures for our event prior to their construction. The event: A birthday soiree hosted by Belvedere Vodka for one of Hollywood’s biggest agents. We draped all the perimeter walls in chocolate brown suede fabric, found two art deco chandeliers to place over the lounge seating area and had custom turquoise area rugs made throughout the space. We had a great time creating a ‘comfort foods’ menu, allowing us to serve mini aged cheddar grilled cheese sandwiches and mini pizza all tre formaggio.
