Project Panama – VIP Car Reveal, Bentley Motors, Inc. Location: Park Plaza Hotel, Bronze Room & Outdoor Patio 200 Guests The car was called ‘Project Panama’ allowing us to create a chic and upscale tropical feel. We built a large floral in the main lobby made of boxwood and wrapped a band of calla lilies around the base of the structure. A clear tent was constructed over the entire exterior patio allowing us to hang crystal chandeliers. A cigar roller was commissioned to hand roll cigars during the event. The menu featured Panama inspired cuisine, from chorizo pastelitos to grilled sirloin with a lime and habanero sauce.
